I usually have to read sentences more than once to understand it.

You know what's funny, I was going to make a thread of about Star Wars books when I came here. I'll go do that now! Yeah, take it slow; there's lots of doctrine to understand!

^Cool! Yeah, definitely! It's very easy to just read words on a page rather than understand what he's saying.

Still reading "Jane Eyre", usually at night before I go to bed, especially when it rains. *cuddles up in blanket*

Two Years Before the Mast by R. H. Dana (my favorite book I'm reading for study)
The Rise and the Fall of the Confederate Government by Jefferson Davis (really thick book)
Fifty Years in the Royal Navy by Admiral Sir Percy Scott (another really thick book)
And I'm reading The Song of Roland because I was supposed to read it way back when we moved before, but it was packed up in the garage and my father and I forgot about it. So I'm reading it now, on my own.
I'm also reading Paul Johnson's A History of the American People on my own because I was interested in it and my father recommended it off our homeschooling library shelf, but it's slightly daunting because its almost a 1000 pages and there's only one indent per page. 0.0
Still reading Jane Eyre.
