I finished "Life on the Mississippi" by Mark Twain. I'm reading: (for homeschooling) "Victory" - Brian Tracy "The Story of Liberty" - reprinted from the 1871 manuscript "The Doctors who Conquered Yellow Fever" - Ralph Hill "Gleanings from the Scriptures" - A.W. Pink "The Soldier in Our Civil War" - an actual book made during the Civil War. It's huge, old, and the biggest book I've ever read, almost 2 feet tall and 1 foot long. And It's very old.
For fun: "Famous Pirates of the New World" - A.B.C. Whipple

None Braver by Micheal Hirsh. It's a collection of stories and firsthand accounts of the operations of the USAF Pararescuemen. Think "combat medics on speed."
